Returns and Refunds Policy
At Snuggy Bee, we want you to love your new companion. Because our products are unique, limited-edition, and handled by kids, we maintain strict standards regarding returns and hygiene. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Order Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by email at info@snuggybee.com. Once an order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
2. Hygiene & Non-Refundable Policy
Our products are intended for children and intimate use. They are prone to picking up dirt, dust, and stains, which compromises the hygiene factor and makes the product un-sellable to other customers.
Therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns for "change of mind," sizing issues, or personal preferences.
3. Damaged Goods & Replacements
We inspect every buddy before it leaves our facility. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, we will address it under the following conditions:
Reporting Deadline: You must report the damage to us at grievance@snuggybee.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Proof: You must provide clear video proof of the unboxing, showing the package being opened and the damage clearly visible on the item upon arrival.
Resolution: In the event of confirmed damage, we will provide a replacement of the same item.
Refunds: Monetary refunds will not be processed for damaged goods unless the item is completely out of stock and we are unable to provide a replacement.
4. Returning Damaged Goods
In the event that our team requests you to return the damaged item:
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for booking and covering the cost of the return shipment.

Safe Transit: We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to process replacements without actual receipt of the returned goods.
5. Gifts
This policy applies equally to all purchases, including those marked as gifts. If the product was purchased as a gift, the recipient must still provide the required video proof of damage to qualify for a replacement.
6. General Payment Terms
If a refund is authorized (only in the event of an out-of-stock replacement), we will reimburse you using the same means of payment as you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
