Summary of the Issue (e.g., payment failure, refund delay, damaged product)
Supporting Evidence (e.g., screenshots, chat history, product unboxing videos)
⏳ Timeline for Resolution
Acknowledgment: You will receive a unique ticket number within 48 hours of lodging your complaint.
Resolution: We target a final resolution for all standard grievances within 15 business days from the date of receipt.
